Game Ready® is a clinically used cold and compression therapy system designed to help manage pain, swelling, and inflammation following injury or surgery. It combines controlled cold therapy with intermittent pneumatic compression to support circulation and recovery.

This technology is widely used across Ireland in hospitals, physiotherapy clinics, and elite sport.

Game Ready® therapy is suitable for:

• Individuals recovering from orthopaedic surgery (ACL reconstruction, knee replacement, hip or shoulder surgery)

• Clients dealing with acute injuries such as sprains, strains, or ligament damage

• Athletes and active individuals looking to enhance recovery between training or competition

• People managing ongoing pain, swelling, or inflammation

Our service supports both general population clients and elite athletes.

No referral or prescription is required to rent a Game Ready® unit.
That said, many clients use Game Ready® following guidance from a physiotherapist, consultant, or GP, particularly after surgery or significant injury.

You can arrange a rental by completing the booking form on our website or by contacting us directly. Once confirmed, we will organise delivery or local collection, depending on your preference.

Each rental includes:

• A Game Ready® control unit

• One wrap matched to your needs (e.g. knee, ankle, hip)

• Power supply and hoses

• User instructions

Additional wraps can be provided if required.

Our pricing is flexible and designed to suit different recovery timelines:

• 2-week minimum rental: €300

• Monthly rental: €500

• Additional weeks: €100 per week

Payment is required in advance. We accept card payments and bank transfers.

We offer nationwide courier delivery across Ireland, typically within 1–2 working days.
Local collection can also be arranged from our Dingle base if preferred.

Each rental includes a prepaid An Post return label. On the final day of your rental, simply re-pack the unit and return it via your local Post Office.

Yes. The Game Ready® system is designed for simple home use. Clear instructions are provided, and most users are set up within minutes. Support is available throughout your rental if needed.

Game Ready® is typically used in 20–30 minute sessions, several times per day, depending on individual needs and professional advice. It should not be used while sleeping.

Yes. All wraps are professionally cleaned and disinfected after each rental. In addition, every unit includes a new single-patient sleeve for hygiene and comfort.

Absolutely. If you need the unit for longer than originally planned, just contact us before your return date and we’ll arrange an extension and update billing accordingly.

Clients are responsible for the safe use and timely return of all equipment. Damage beyond normal wear and tear or late returns may result in additional charges, as outlined in our Rental Terms & Conditions.
