TERMS OF RENTAL

Game Ready Recovery

These Terms of Rental govern the hire of Game Ready® cold and compression therapy systems from Game Ready Recovery. By renting equipment from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Rental Service Overview

Game Ready Recovery provides short-term rental of Game Ready® recovery systems to individuals, teams and organisations across Ireland for post-injury and post-surgical recovery support.

2. Intended Use

  • Equipment is provided for recovery support only

  • It does not replace medical advice or treatment

  • Users should follow guidance from their healthcare professional where applicable

  • Equipment must only be used by the named renter

3. Rental Periods & Pricing

  • Minimum rental period: 2 weeks (€300)

  • Additional weeks: €100 per week

  • All rentals must be paid in advance

  • Rental period begins on delivery or collection date

4. Delivery & Collection

  • Nationwide courier delivery is available

  • Local collection may be arranged by agreement

  • Return instructions will be provided with the unit

  • The renter is responsible for returning equipment on time

5. Late Returns

  • Late returns may incur additional weekly charges

  • Failure to return equipment may result in recovery or replacement costs

6. Equipment Care & Responsibility

  • Renters are responsible for the safe use and care of the equipment

  • Units must be returned in good condition, allowing for normal wear and tear

  • Loss, damage, or misuse may result in repair or replacement charges

7. Hygiene & Safety

  • All wraps are professionally cleaned and disinfected between rentals

  • A new single-patient sleeve is provided with each rental

  • Equipment must not be modified or altered

8. Technical Support

Support is available during your rental period. Any technical issues should be reported promptly so we can assist.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once equipment has been dispatched, refunds are not available

  • Cancellations prior to dispatch may be considered at our discretion

10. Liability

  • Use of the equipment is at the renter’s own risk

  • Game Ready Recovery is not liable for injury or loss resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions

  • Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Irish law

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes are subject to Irish courts.
